As someone who prefers wheel-throwing to hand-building because it is easier to get a perfect form, this piece was quite out of my comfort zone. My professor required us to hand build two cups and rather than trying to make them perfect, I decided to circle the imperfections. I am pleased with the results.

I took a wheel thrown piece and added hand built elements to square off the edges.
